Manchego Stuffed Dates

Medjool dates are soft, slightly sticky, and perfectly sweet, that’s why they are often called nature’s candy.

Inspired by my travels to Spain, the combination of dates with Manchego cheese and ham is perfectly sweet and salty.

They are easy to prepare and always a crowd pleaser making them the perfect canapé for your next dinner party!
