Yield: 1 Cocktail
Mis en Place
2 oz Bourbon
½ oz Chambord
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
¾ oz Thyme Simple Syrup (1:1 ratio of sugar and water with fresh thyme)
Grenadine
Method
In a cocktail shaker over ice, combine bourbon, Chambord, lemon juice, thyme syrup and a splash of grenadine for colour.
Shake until chilled.
Strain into a coupe style glass and garnish with fresh thyme and a blackberry.
