The Co’s Merry Mastic

Yield: 1 Cocktail


Mis en Place


2 oz Roots Chios Mastic

¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice

¾ oz Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur

Optional: 1 Egg White

 

Method


In a cocktail shaker, combine mastic, lemon juice and ginger liqueur with egg white.

Dry shake to develop a creamy foam. Add ice and shake again until chilled.

Pour into a coupe style glass and garnish with fresh thyme and dehydrated orange slice.
