A perfect balance of floral and citrus notes all while not being too sweet!
Yield: 1 Cocktail
Mis en Place
1.5 oz Floral infused Gin
3/4 oz Elderflower Liqueur
.5 oz Lemon Juice
2 oz or so Dry White Wine
Method
Combine gin, juice and elderflower in cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled.
Strain into a coupe style glass and top with white wine.
Garnish with a twist of lemon and edible flowers.
