1 C. Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
2 C. Water
Lavender Buds, roughly 1 Tbsp.
1 C. Honey
Sparkling Water
Lemon Slices

Method
Step 1
Make Lavender Syrup
In a small saucepan combine water, honey and lavender buds.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, once honey has dissolved remove from heat and let steep for roughly 30 minutes.
Strain and let cool.
Step 2
In a pitcher combine lemon juice with cooled lavender syrup.
Step 3
Pour sweetened lemon juice into glasses over ice (1/3 of the glass roughly) and top with sparkling water,
OR pour 2 cups of sparkling water over sweetened lemon juice in a pitcher.
Garnish with lemon slices and bundle of lavender sprigs tied with a delicate ribbon.
